We started Women’s Biz Coop for people like you, and here’s why:

As a former Director of a U.S. Small Business Administration-funded Women’s Business Center, we noticed that women entrepreneurs, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) leaders, and minority BIPOC executives didn’t have a convenient place available 24/7 to get sound advice, help one another, and learn cut-to-the-chase, reliable, nuts and bolts information of starting, launching, improving and expanding an organization.

Many female, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) and minority BIPOC business owners and non-profit leaders not only deal with the most discrimination to disappointment, but also:

• Face crippling FAILs (Fears, Assumptions, Interpretations, and Limited Beliefs) without a safe space to reveal and heal them.
• Turn to SCORE for advice from retired executives, family or friends that have no clue or practical experience to start, launch, improve and expand a business or nonprofit organizations.
• Sabotage our own authentic success and true freedom.
• Make costly mistakes that take longer to correct and sap our energy.

Like a coop, I pictured Women’s Biz Coop to be nourishingly member driven, hashing out details like sharing secret authentic success recipes of experience, strength, hope, playlists and connecting women-, LGBTQ-, and BIPOC-owned businesses and non-profit organizations ~ all while drinking a cup of your favorite beverage in front of your phone or laptop.
