A rally was organized in front of Philadelphia’s Constitution center on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 against Arizona’s “breathing while Latino” law, SB 1070 and anti-immigration HB-2479.
Judi joined the Center for Progressive Leadership’s New Leaders training program on June 25-26th 2010 with a mission to change the face of tomorrow’s political leadership by connecting diverse college students and other young leaders from across the country with paid internships and entry level positions in progressive organizations.
On June 10, 2010 with 3 other people, Judi organized and trained attendees in a non-violent resistance rally for immigration reform held at 1515 Fairmount Ave Project Home.
In response to Hazleton Mayor’s appearance at Geno’s Steak on July 12, 2010 evening, hundreds of peaceful protesters gathered to keep Philadelphia immigrant-friendly.
On July 27, 2010, immigrant rights activists rallied outside the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Arizona Diamondback game to call attention to the contributions of immigrants to our national pastime.
Judi Rhee Alloway attended “Welcome New Immigrants, With Love Philadelphia” on July 29, 2010 with Mayor Nutter, State Sen. Leach, State Rep. Joseph, and State Rep. Payton to tackle Arizona’s anti-immigration law.
On August 14, 2010, Judi Rhee Alloway joined Angela Oh President Clinton’s Initiative on Race, and former Executive Director, Western Justice Center Foundation at WIN! Community Reception.
On Monday, August 8, 2010 , Judi Rhee Alloway and thirty other individuals led a non-violent resistance rally against deportation by Philadelphia’s Independence Mall.
In a non-violent resistance rally, Judi and many others on Sept. 15th, 2010 went to Love Park in Philadelphia, PA to spread awareness about deportation and how it affects families in the area.
Sept. 27th, 2010, Judi Rhee Alloway joined members from the National Association of Asian American Professionals, Microsoft’s executives and diversity employee resource groups for an one-day Diversity Leadership Conference in Seattle, WA to discuss about the challenges muticultural women face in the workforce.
On September 29th, 2010 many individuals came together for a non-violent rally at the University of Pennsylvania to support DREAMers students on a safe return home.
Judi join many others on the 1Love movement rally at City Hall and Love Park to spread love and community unity in the city of brotherly love on Oct. 8th, 2010.
On Oct. 12th, 2010, Judi attended the Domestic Violence Dinner hosted by Sen. Shirley M. Kitchen to raised awareness domestic violence and to encouraged victims to raise their voices.
October 13, 2010 Judi Rhee Alloway attended a meeting at City Hall to discuss immigration and immigration reform held at City Hall Caucus Room 401.
October 26, 2010 Judi Rhee Alloway met with twenty five commissioners for a general meeting to discuss what they were doing for 2011, website development, and creating infrastructure for the Asian-American community.
On November 2, 2010, Judi recruited a team of enthusiastic individuals to help inspire bipartisan effort for Manan Trivedi for Congressional District in 2010 (CR-PA6).
November 3, 2010, Judi met with members of Asian Pacific Americans for Progress meeting, APAP to discuss issues in the Philadelphia Asian American community.
Judi traveled to New York City to attend a tapping of The View on Nov. 14th, 2010 and was chosen from the audience to do a Mid-Break announcement letting viewers know they’d be right back
On Nov. 9, 2010 Judi received a congratulated phone call from President Obama for 2010 Election team leaders.

April 4th, 2011, Judi and 300 other leaders attended a White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders briefing in Washington, DC at the Dept of Interior.
April 18th, 2011, under the Mayor’s commission, Judi worked with various City of Philadelphia departments to create a portal of information of city services and community events for the Asian American community.
May 9th, 2011, Judi was contributed on the Steering Committee for the M3 pitch competition by Count me In for Women’s Economic Independence.
May 24, 2011, Judi was elected to the board of the Asian Americans in Energy, the Environment, and Commerce (AE2C) after being nominated by Gary Zheng, CEO of Lubbock Power Light.
June, 9th 2011, Judi participated in a White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders (WHIAAPI) conference for established community leaders that was held in North Seattle Community College, Education Building.

July 20th, 2011, Judi joined fellow community leaders, members of the Mayor’s Commission on Asian American Affairs, Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell, and White House representative Stephanie Valencia discussed local, state, and federal immigration policies and laws.
On May 10, 2011, Judi joined the White house discussion at Philadelphia’s City Hall where President Obama issued a call to action to fix our broken immigration system so that it will work for our 21st century economic and security needs.
July 28th, 2011, Judi met with Dr. Winslow Sargeant, Chief Advocate for the US Small Business Administration, advisor to the President and Congress, about So Venture In.
July 28th, 2011. In response to President Obama’s call, the Office of Councilwoman Blackwell at City Hall and Project SHINE, a 2011 E Pluribus Unum Prize winner for exceptional immigrant integration initiative, at the Intergenerational Center at Temple University partnered to host a roundtable discussion about fixing the broken immigration system.

Jan. 19th, 2012. In light of the violence against Asian American business owners in the area, Judi attended and promoted the event to brainstorm solutions, discuss what to do, who to contact, and who are typically the targets of crime.
