I wait patiently for the right conditions to occur before taking action, and I know when to take action and to wait. Waiting allows opportunities to arise. When the opportunity arises, I respond positively.
I can delay gratification, have patience, focus on the task at hand and persevere to keep working through it.
I have faith that opportunity is always available but maybe need the right moment to appear. As long as I am doing something productive, I am using time well.
I appreciate the process of achieving goals rather than the final result, and I go through the process of getting to my goal.
I am aware of my needs and desires. I listen carefully to my inner guidance and let it lead me. I develop trust in my intuition to guide me.
I follow my instincts and intuitions as I proceed. I learn from my experiences and adapt quickly.
I accept failure because I know there are many lessons from these experiences.
Today, I am working on developing skillful patience. I focus on the task at hand and am mindful of my efforts. I notice what feels good, and I am open to learning from experience. I am willing to try again if I fail. I keep going until I succeed.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- Do I ever find myself rushing to make time for myself?
- What type of lifestyle choices would I make if I had unlimited resources?
- How can I strike a better balance between immediate action and waiting until the right time?
