If you are an Introverted Team Leader, it’s best to schedule an Individual Coaching session, then a Group Coaching session for additional assistance to get your team on one page.
If you are an Extroverted Team Leader, it’s best to schedule a Group Coaching session to learn from your team, then an Individual Coaching session to work through any issues with your WBC Coach.
