Working with any city government has its fair share of givens along with its fair share of limitations especially during the holiday season.

Within a 3 week sprint in our initial intake, we discussed our client’s Problem Statement of redesigning the webpage and signed off on our Statement of Work with 2 teams of internal stakeholders, one technical, DO-IT, and the other content, Economic Development, Business Strategy Team.

Discover

During Discover, we review client vision, analyze current website with Style, Brand and Writing Guide, lead research strategy, create a Screener survey, finalize interview scripts with consent forms, complete Competitive and Comparative Analysis, Feature Inventory, Site Content Analysis with SEO, and communicate with our client.

Define

During Define, we finish interviews, personas, problem statements, SWOT, user flows, site map, SEO Detailed Findings Report, any updates or additions to our client’s Design System, and integrate any client changes.

Design

During Design, we create your low-fi, med-fi and hi-fi mock ups from our Design Studios on paper, in Figma, Sketch or InVision prototypes for usability testing to integrate user and client feedback for our final presentation.

Deliver Handoff

During Deliver, we address any design details, alignment, pixels, and content before handoff to our client’s development team. We are available for any additional design questions to address development and technical constraints.
