Our Women’s Biz Coop purpose is help women, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) and minority BIPOC leaders to easily, smoothly, quickly and successfully start, launch, improve and expand a business and/or nonprofit.
Our Women’s Biz Coop goal is to increase the percentage of women-owned, LGBTQ-owned, amd minority-owned small businesses and nonprofits to 50% by 2056.

What is the Women's Biz Coop?
Launching in 2015, our Women’s Biz Coop won the “Best Business Center” Best of Philadelphia in 2017 and 2022! Like many great ideas originating in Philadelphia, PA, we rapidly expanded across the country and the world.
Our “Best Business Center” is an all inclusive Diversity Incubator ~ your personal getaway oasis for personal leadership, business, organizational and community design and development ~ for Resilient Abundance.
We transition people out of the Yang Power Paradigm based on fear and control tradition your time for money.
Our vision is to scoop up and serve everyone going through a major life transition, especially women, LGBTQ+ and minority BIPOC leaders starting, growing, improving, and expanding a business and/or nonprofit organization.
Can only women, LGBTQ+ and minority BIPOC identifying as a woman join? I’m a male with family addiction and recovery issues.
Although we primarily serve women, LGBTQ and minority BIPOC leaders, some of our male heterosexual clients have also experienced great disappointment to discrimination, especially those with family addiction and recovery issues.
Addiction and recovery affect everyone regardless of culture, gender, or religion.
As a Diversity Incubator, we welcome anyone with open arms, who can benefit from our Membership, Coaching, Products and Experiences.
Can I join as an executive with a day job, who is desiring to start and launch an organization or improve and expand an existing one?
Yes, some of our Members have day jobs and haven’t taken the leap, yet.
As a Diversity Incubator, we guide, support, empower, and inspire all members regardless of employment and immigration status.
