Ms. Rhee Alloway is a dynamic and knowledgable speaker on “Influencing Effective Policy.” She’s also spoken about diverse women’s leadership at the Korean Embassy and international events for the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (MOGEF).

With the Korean Civic Participation Coalition and White House staff, we organized the first Korean-American Briefing at the White House celebrating 150 years of Korean-American history.

Judi and her Imagine Team taught entertaining and educational workshops on entrepreneurship (Start My Business Today) and Secrets of 10% diversity leadership based on Sun Tzu’s Art of War.

Judi gave an insightful and provocative talk about the role of gender, masculine and feminine energy and gender identity and expression.

We supported Judi and her team’s regional diversity women’s leadership conferences and Secrets of 10% workshops until our budget cuts. We invited them and other members to our HQ in appreciation of their hard work.

Thanks to Judi and her team, we promoted their diversity leadership conferences on Clear Channel billboards from Boston to Seattle with pictures of ‘real life’ Asian American women from her team. It was a joy to see everyone crying and smiling to see familiar people!

Judi was a consultant on entrepreneurial curriculum for minority and international markets with Thunderbird School of Global Management, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), and the U.S. Small Business Administration. (SBA).

She also connected us to her former clients to film Public Service Announcement educational videos produced by Wondros.

Judi and her team dedicated so much time and attention to our Community Reception and fashion show at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. Even though the White House speakers backed out at the last minute due to a worker’s strike, Judi quickly found 7 community leaders as the show must go on. We even met the Director of the CIA. It was spectacular!

We enjoyed working together! We felt like family talking and emailing at all hours. And she continued to help us.

Judi introduced us to Svetlana K., a former Macy’s cleaning woman and motivational speaker, who spoke at our Asian Pacific American Heritage Month events across the country.

She even suggested that we start a minority women’s fashion program, which was a great success!

For my retirement dinner, Judi and her team made a video that everyone loved!

A former consultant under the previous administration, Judi is appointed by the Mayor of Philadelphia in 2 capacities: Mayor’s Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs (MCAPAA) and Rebuild Oversight Committee, a $500 million project to reconstruct schools, libraries, and parks with 35% of local contracts awarded to woman and minority firms.

She is also the former Director of Multicultural Affairs, Office of Immigrant Affairs. She served as the staff liaison to MCAPAA and Mayor’s Commission on African and Caribean Immigrant Affairs (MCACIA), Philadelphia Honors Diversity Flag Program with the Office of City Represetatives, and Welcome Week events. She created the First Annual Philadelphia Welcoming Awards for Public Safety, Economy, Health, and Education with the largest sponsorship, attendance, and media coverage.
